Named for the wild olive trees (sometimes thousands of years old) that dot the landscape in prime grape growing regions of the Western Cape, this buy-by-the-case white delves into aromas of honey and white peaches, melon, white blossoms and hints of lychee. Slick in texture with notable concentration it has loads of yellow fruit on the palate; it's an extremely easy quaff with a fresh drier finish.
