Unique, toasty, concentrated.
A blend of Rhone varieties Roussanne with Marsanne this southern France blend was co-fermented and lees stirred, went through partial malolactic fermentation and a portion (20%) was aged four months French oak with lees stirring.
Unique notes of toasted spices, lemon oil and resin, straw, yellow apples, wild flowers with hoppy undertones. Expect intensity and power with quite a toasty character overall. It has nutty flavours along with bruised peaches and lemons. It's a red in white clothing.
