Zesty, fresh, approachable.
O'Rourke's Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
This fresh Chardonnay delivers notes of honeysuckle and yellow apples along with lemon butter.
Crunchy tree fruits and lemon flavours rest on a supple palate with mineral undertones. The finish is zesty. An approachable, and easy drinking white.
