Salty, briny, acquired.
Not matter what anyone says, fino is an acquired taste; one I happen to love.
This one is classic: pale yellow in colour with notes of tart green apples, sourdough starter, saffron dust and olive brine. The palate mimics the nose it is briny and concentrated, salty and nutty. A lengthy wine that's best with salted almonds and olives or bread and soft cheese and sardines.
