Located on the Black Sage in Oliver, Bartier Bros. make honest, classic wines of quality.
This bone dry Sauvignon Blanc has definitive savvy characters, offering piquant aromas of cut grass and elderflowers, green apples, crunchy peach and honey. It's zesty and mouthwatering, stylish and lively with notable concentration and complexity. Lovely purity here and a long snappy finish.
