Ripe, potent, honeyed. A wonderfully fragrant version, Stag's Hollow Gris comes from their Skaha Bench Parsons Vineyard. Honeydew melon and yellow apples, peaches, Bartlett pear and spring blossoms aromas lead to an Alsatian style Gris that is rich and ripe and off-dry. It's honeyed and concentrated, juicy and potent and has a lengthy finish.
