Purity, slick, zesty.
This reserve tier Riesling is made entirely of Fort Berens Estate Winery fruit from their Dry Creek and Red Rock vineyards in the Fraser Canyon. It was naturally fermented in barrel and then aged seven months in French oak.
Expect green apple and lime, honeydew and apricot, lemon drops and mineral aromas. It has a dry and zesty palate with notable purity, a slick texture and lip-smacking finish.
