WineDiva's Review

Stylish, silky, classic.
Stag's Hollow's was established 27 years ago, in the sub-GI of Okanagan Falls. The original owners retired and sold last year. It's comprised of estate sites: Amalia, Stag's Hollow and the Shuttleworth Creek Vineyards. The Renaissance series is the premium label and this Pinot Noir delivers sweet cedary notes woven with dried flowers, forest floor, pipe tobacco and cherry aromas. Cherry and vanilla lead the palate; it has a silky entry and mid-palate with more grip on the finish. Classic earthy finish, time will really smooth this wine out.
