Caves de Rauzan represents more than 3500 hectares of vines in the heart of Bordeaux comprised of nearly 340 cooperative members. The winery produces a large volume of AOC wines: Bordeaux Supeerieur, Bordeaux (white, rose and red), Entre-Deux-Mers and Cremant de Bordeaux.
A blend of 50.50 Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, Fleur is a pretty wine with notes of honeysuckle and gooseberry, sliced oranges, elderflower leaf and vanilla. It has good concentration and levity with flavours of lime zest, dried pineapple and marzipan. Slick and approachable, it's a perfect wine for fish, salads and fresh cheeses.
