Fresh, supple, creamy .
The Mer Soleil 'Gold' is a reserve barrel fermented Chardonnay made from grapes grown on windswept vineyards cooled by Monterey Bay.
Aromas are of toasted spice and acacia, honey and buttered nuts atop juicy pineapple. Creamy and spiced, sweet golden fruits, spice and nuts are echoed on the palate. Supple, creamy, fresh and persistent.
Pair with grilled cheese of smoked cheddar and pears on toasted sourdough, warm buttery cornbread or grilled chicken.

Cheese - Semi Hard / Medium , Girl's Night, White Meat Chicken/Pork, Creamy Dishes
