La Petite Abeille means little bee which pays homage to the importance of bee and their role as pollinators of the estate Blue Bee Orchard (and overall health of the planet) where the fruit for this cidery's juice comes from, but also the appearance of the bee's image in France, and throughout French history.
This version is made from black currents, early picked McIntosh apples, and clover honey and is 8% alcohol.
This is one of the most perfumed of Abeille's portfolio; ruby red in colour it delivers wildflowers and intense black current aromas mixed with honey and crunchy apple. It is juicy tart and tangy, dry, has bold floral undertones on the palate, and is absolutely delicious.
