This single vineyard estate Cabernet Franc was aged 18-months in French oak and an additional year in bottle before release.
Sage and currents, salted plum and balsamic aromas are layered with green bell peppers, carob, soy, leather and spice. It's a medium-bodied wine that is earthy and textural in the mouth. Currents and leather, red cherry and brown spice flavours are at the core of this gutsy and savoury red.
