Fresh, savoury, earthy. Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate Raju Vineyard in Osoyoos and Blue Terrace Vineyard in Oliver, the 2019 vintage expresses notes of dried cherries and plum, roasted brown spices, salted licorice, robust espresso and cocoa, vanilla and purple flowers. Medium-full bodied it melds red and black fruits with tealeaf, spice, bacon fat and coffee flavours. Notable tannic structure here and balanced acidity keeps it fresh.
