Pretty, fresh, dry.
I look forward to reviewing this blushing apricot (thanks to a mere four hours of skin contact) with its rose-gold glints each year and this 2020 is just as tasty. Delicate aromas of cherry blossoms, orange segments, tangy red berries and tealeaf lead to a fresh palate with cranberry, rhubarb and sour cherry flavours.
A pretty wine, a blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it's bone dry and ready to pour alongside anything from salads and cheese to thin-crust pizza, salmon and pork or mushroom ravioli.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper
