Refreshing, zesty, juicy.
The Chronos label (along with TIME, McWatters Collection, and Evolve are owned by 5 Vine Cellars) and are made at the TIME Winery in Penticton; the Chronos label is the newest.
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is a lovely example of the variety. Classic gooseberry and passionfruit aromas mingle with juicy peach, honey, elderflower, lime and green apple. It has a palate of mango and peach and zesty citrus flavours. Nicely balanced and refreshing; totally enjoyable.
