Fresh, zesty, value. The 8 Rios (meaning 8 Rivers) is a BC Select product and is made by Chile's Undurraga.
A value white, this dry Sauvignon Blanc shows lemongrass and lime leaf, crisp white tree fruits, citrus blossoms and straw on the nose. Zesty flavours mimic the nose. It has a fresh character and offers good value in an everyday white to pair with salads, fish, or most dishes with goat cheese.
