Aromatic, juicy, lively.
Evolve is now part of Five Vines Cellars along with Time Winery and McWatters Collection, all are made and distributed out of the Time Winery & Kitchen in Penticton.
Evolve wine are meant to be fun and affordable, overall they are modern approachable and on the sweet/fruitier side.
This Viognier is just that; notes of peach jelly and ginger, citrus blossoms, exotic spice and honey lead to a juicy and off-dry palate. Lively and fresh with a slick texture and plenty of spice and stone fruit flavours.
Pair:Moroccan cuisine, fish tacos with mango salsa, BBQ pork with apricot glaze.
