Classic, slick, zesty.
A classic Pinot Grigio, the Tommasi delivers restrained aromas of lemon oil and beeswax, apples and straw, wet stone, green almond and a hint of walnut shell. In the mouth it is dry and racy with tart lemon and crunchy tree fruit flavours layered with green papaya and almond. Slick in texture it has a zesty finish.
A wine for fish, spaghetti tossed in EVOO, appetizers, soft-medium cheeses and white meats.
