Powerful, rich, chalky.
This estate grown limited edition Cabernet is 95% Cabernet and 5% Merlot that was aged in French oak barrel for 21 months (partially new).
A rich nose of crushed black currents and vanilla liqueur, pencil shavings and dried lilacs, licorice and pipe tobacco. Intense and powerful with a supple entry, it has muted fruit in the mouth leaning more toward leather, cocoa, tobacco and graphite flavours. The tannins are chalky.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.
