Tasty, fresh, fragrant.
This organic Shiraz was born from four family-owned vineyards and is made by Australia's oldest family owned winery. Fragrant notes of mulberry and concord grapes, black raspberry and purple plums, sarsaparilla and cedar lead to a supple and fresh palate. Plums dusted with cocoa, tobacco and faint espresso flavours dominate the palate. Tasty and straightforward.
Pair: Swiss cheese and mushroom burgers, pastas with red sauce, pizza.
