Lively, slick, ripe.
This dry reserve tier Riesling is made entirely of Fort Berens Estate fruit from the Fraser Canyon, in Lillooet.
Notes of dried white flowers, marmalade, straw and peach jam lead to a palate more reminiscent of the Pfalz than say, Mosel. It's off-dry and has lovely weight and concentration with oodles of ripe stone fruit. Slick and slightly earthy, it culminates in a lively lime flavoured finish.
