High Note is a new winery located on the Naramata Bench sub-GI and they have another vineyard in the South Okanagan.
Grown in the South Okanagan on the Golden Mile in the Rattlesnake Vineyard, this Syrah was aged in French barrique.
Expect blackberry and smoked meat, licorice and Maraschino cherry, candied violets, espresso and white pepper aromas. It is inky and concentrated, almost thick, with vanilla, clove, cinnamon and potent mocha flavours brushed with pepper. Quite a powerful and plush wine.
