Expressive, purity, delicious
The new Provenance Series is a nod to Township 7's beginnings, origins and authenticity. The 2021 Pinot Gris comes from the Naramata Estate and Hidden Terrace (Oliver) vineyards; it was fermented entirely in stainless steel.
Lovely aromas of summer flowers and peach nectar, honey, Bosc pear and green almond lead to a expressive palate with a slightly slick texture and delightful purity. Good concentration and length, its simply a delicious Pinot Gris.
