Fragrant, fruity, tangy.
Regional wine pioneers, Fort Berens, is located at the base of the Fraser Canyon, near Lillooet.
This vintage a salmony-ruby rose offers strawberry and red plums, vanilla, violets, peach stone and Clementine orange aromas. The palate is tangy and laden with sour cherry, fine spices, cedar and herbal flavours. Overall a dry version with good structure and persistence.
