Organic, earthy, fresh.
Bles is the name of an indigenous plant encouraged to grow between the rows of vines near the Mediterranean Sea in Valencia. An organic blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet is delivers notes of sweet red cherries, licorice and dried roses, vanilla, orange peel, cinnamon and marzipan. The entry is smooth and fresh but the palate is earthier than the nose; cocoa, spice and dusty red fruit flavours lead to a tealeaf flavoured finish with chalky tannins.
