This vintage of their estate Chardonnay had 50% of it matured for three months in French oak and the other half stainless steel.
Golden-yellow this vintage is a toasty one with roasted hazelnuts, grilled spices, charred lemon, yellow apples and browned butter aromas. A supple entry lead to flavours of toasted spice and nuts, matchstick, oak and smoke. Lively acidity adds levity.
