This savoury 2021 Syrah is scented with bacon fat and leather, purple flowers, black plums, cracked black pepper, dark chocolate cherries and espresso. It is medium+ bodied and has notable freshness, the tannins are smooth but firm and it trails espresso, smoked meat, black fruit cocoa and tobacco flavours. .
Pair with grilled or roasted meats aged goat cheeses or rich winter stews.
