Sweet, savoury, seamless.
Made in West Kelowna, from grapes sourced from Walla Walla in Washington State.
It is sweet. spicy and savoury; blackberry, licorice, vanilla liquor and warm chocolate aromas are sprinkled with white pepper. It has good weight but the freshness lifts the palate. Fleshy and smooth with black fruit, cocoa, vanilla and licorice flavours to mimic the nose. Seamless with good structure and approach-ability.

Rich Meats , Cheese - Goat, French Food, Cheese Fondue
