Ripe, unctuous, supple.
A blend of Rhone varieties Roussanne with Marsanne, this southern France blend was co-fermented and lees stirred, went through partial malolactic fermentation and a portion was aged four months French oak.
Pine and warm apples, almond and peaches, quince paste, buttered rum, vanilla and old spice aromas lead to a palate that echoes the nose. Similar buttered run, grilled peach and warm quince paste with vanilla appear on the palate. IT has a boozy, supple weight and finishes with bourbon barrel and oak spice flavours.
