WineDiva's Review

Lively, zesty, expressive.
One of only a few remaining Ehrenfelsers in BC, the Fitzpatrick version is 100% stainless steel fermented; 6% on skins. It's a highly aromatic variety, this one perfumed with nectarines and apricots, orange blossoms, zesty lime and honey. It is sweet (8.3g/L residual sugar) and expressive, laden with lime and Clementine orange, star anise and juicy pineapple flavours.
The acidity here keeps it fresh and lively.
