Slick, fresh, creamy.
This handpicked estate Chardy was fermented in tank (25%) and oak (75%) with different strains of yeast to add complexity; it went through partial mololactic fermentation and was aged in assorted oak barrels for 10 months.
Browned butter and creamed yellow apples are layered with brown spices, vanilla, toast and hazelnut aromas. It's slick and creamy with notable concentration and balanced acidity. Flavours of whipped yellow fruits and spice are lashed with butterscotch.
