Concentrated, precise, slick
The new Provenance Series is a nod to Township 7's beginnings, origins and authenticity. The 2020 Pinot Gris comes entirely from the Naramata Estate Vineyard; all was fermented in stainless steel but for two oak barrel ferments.
It has weight and freshness in spades. Notes of sweet yellow pears and nectarines, vanilla and honeysuckle develop into a palate that is slick, off-dry and wonderfully concentrated. Lengthy and precise, it's a striking bottle of Gris.
