Tangy, juicy, earthy.
Made entirely from estate Pinot grown near Cawston in the Similkameen Valley Mt. Boucherie's 2018 version is a step up from the 2017. Here, cherry and dried roses, tealeaf and cocoa nibs, leather wild herbs and botanical and fine spice notes lead to a juicy entry with sweet red berries and cherries, vanilla and cedar flavours. Nice refinement and balance.
