WineDiva's Review

Dry, creamy, racy.
Blasted Church's OMG sparkling is Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from the 2016 vintage and it suggests classic brioche/bread dough aromas woven with yellow fruits, meringue, grilled lemons, dried flowers and a whiff of powdered ginger. It's a dry sparkling with a creamy edge and tangy fruit, plenty of lemon and yeasty flavours that lead to dried flowers and racy lime on the finish.
