The family heirloom known as Covert Farms, is a 650-acre multi-functional estate that was established in 1959 at McIntyre Bluff.
Yellow apples and grilled lemons, spice and starfruit, vanilla, toasted nuts and warm butter. It has a sweet and creamy palate with a lovely weight and flavours of spiced caramel and vanilla, creamy yellow fruits and a fresh and zesty finish.
