Lively, dry, juicy.
The original member of the Kamloops Wine Trail, Harper's Trail has been doing delicious things with estate Riesling and Pinot Noir (among others) grown on the southern banks of the Thompson River for more than a decade. A blend of Pinot Gris with a smattering of Pinot Noir this stained white delivers notes of dried flowers and hay, sour cherries, crab apples, rhubarb and tangerine peel and applesauce. Light-bodied and dry with juicy berry and stone fruit flavours, this is a lively little quaffer that will make you smile.
Pair::charcuterie, fresh grilled salmon, creamy cheeses or pizza.
