Snappy, expressive, classic.
Having pioneered a new winemaking region in British Columbia, Fort Berens is an estate winery located in Lillooet, in the Fraser Canyon.
This small lot Pinot Gris is scented with Asian pear and melon, honeysuckle and peach. It has a lovely and classic Pinot Gris character with crunchy tree white fruits and grapefruit flavours. It also boasts a delicately creamy texture, good length and a snappy finish.
Pair: chicken salad, mushroom dishes and oily fish dishes.
