Made from one southern Italy's native varieties, Negroamaro is grown almost exclusively in Puglia; it's a dark-skinned, polyphenol-rich variety with approachable fruity flavours.
Intoxicating aromas of warm chocolate and kirsch, baking spices and vanilla, dried roses and licorice lead to a palate that is supple and delicious. It's a modern wine, fruit-forward, spicy and chocolaty and laden with rich fruit. Balanced and fresh it offers great value.
Pair: stuffed eggplant, pizza, burgers or your favourite hearty pasta.
