WineDiva's Review

Approachable, fizzy, snappy.
Lunessence is a sustainable estate winery located in Summerland; this is the third vintage of their first sparkling wine.
Made in the charmat method (like Prosecco) this Riesling fizz seems a little shier than last vintage. It suggests straw flowers and star fruit, faint green apples and lime along with wet stone and a dollop of honey on the nose. Zesty and dry, fresh and lively, it's a snappy little bubble with a clean bright finish.
