Elegant, value, complex.
A beautiful new floral jacket wraps this limited edition Seleccion Especial Cava from Monistrol. Made in the traditional method from the classic trio of Macabeo with equal parts Xarel-lo and Parellada this dry bubbly offers exceptional value.
Preserved melon and lemon peel, wild flowers and a spritz of star are expressed on the nose. It has lovely depth and complexity with hints of dried lemon, sourdough toast and yellow apples. Elegant.
