Refreshing, exotic, drier.
Having undergone a packaging makeover, Play wines are looking much more svelte these days. The winery itself is outside of Penticton on Skaha Hills Drive and boasts some outstanding views from the winery and bistro.
On this Gew, expect notes of lychee and peach nectar, rose water and lime, exotic spice and ginger lead to a drier palate balanced with acidity and flavoured with orange blossoms, crunchy stone fruits, honey and spice. Not an over-the-top style, it has a refreshing delicacy.
