Lovely, crunchy, pristine.
Made from Fort Berens' Estate fruit grown in the Fraser Canyon sub-GI, in Lillooet, this 2022 Riesling suggests green apples and lemon drops, straw and vague peachy undertones. It's zesty and pristine, refreshing and crunchy with lovely balance and a tangy finish. This is a lovely drier-leaning style of Riesling.
Pair with coconut and peanut curry over quinoa, fresh greens or sushi.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
