Generous, concentrated, supple.
Osoyoos-based Moon Curser make a wide range of wines, many from varieties rare to Canada. Their Syrah is a bit audacious with wild purple berry aromas layered with black licorice, vanilla, cedar chips and violets atop sweet espresso notes. Generous fruit is grounded with flavours of dark chocolate, toasted brown spices and black pepper. Toasted oak lingers on the finish. It's supple overall with notable concentration.
Pair: grilled or roasted meats aged goat cheeses or rich winter stews.
