Smoked, meaty, savoury.
Blasted Church's Cabernet Merlot blend was aged in a mix of new and multiple-aged French, Hungarian and American oak barrels for 14 months.
Smoked plums and charred oak, brown spices, green olives, wild herbs, salted licorice, bacon fat, espresso and black chocolate aromas are echoed on the palate. It has a salty-spicy character with tar, tobacco and bitter chocolate flavours on the finish.
