Pristine, citrus, bright.
Lakeside Cellars is located on 14-acres on the eastern shore of Lake Osoyoos. It rests on what used to be the Haynes Homestead. Unable to save the existing structure, new owners Harbans and Harkesh Dhaliwal used parts of the historic estate when building their new tasting room in 2016.
This vintage is a blend of 53% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Pinot Gris and 31% Chardonnay. Expect a fruit-cup of grapefruit, peach stone, yellow pears, honeysuckle, melon and wet stone aromas. It's a pristine aromatic wine, off-dry and with honey, wildflower and bright citrus flavours. A quaffer with bright acidity and slick texture.
