JoieFarm, a darling of Naramata Bench makes this Prosecco-style pink bubbly of grapes from Oliver and Skaha Bluffs. It's Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and has a salmony hue. Notes of strawberry and tobacco leaf, dried cherry and wet stone lead to a palate that is touched with bubbles. It is juicy and crisp with flavours of orange peel and tea leaf. Simple and charming.
Pair: Seafood, white meats, cheese and charcuterie, salads and curries or spicy chilled noodle salads.
