Hailing from the Adriatic region of Marche on Italy's eastern coast, the Luzano has found it's way onto my annual TOP 100 list more than once.
It's a stylish and succulent wine with creamy aromas of stone fruit, marzipan, honeycomb and caramel atop mineral and savoury notes. That lush honey and nutty character reappears on the palate, it has a slick oily weight and texture and a long zesty finish.
Pair with fish, creamy pastas, white meat courses and appetizers.
