Organic, juicy, slick.
An organic Verdejo that claims to be free of histamines (I'm not sure how that's possible) and is also vegan, is also delicious to drink.
Expect muddled notes of crunchy quince, lime, wild herbs and honey, star fruit atop vague nutty undertones. It's juicy with a slick texture and flavours to echo the nose. Fresh, good substance and a finish trailing green almond.
