Fresh, supple, spiced.
From a single vineyard in Cawston (Similkameen Valley) 60% this Chardy was fermented and aged in French oak, the rest in stainless.
Expect notes of butter and coconut, golden fruit and spiced liqueur with a potpourri of wildflowers. Fresh and supple with hints of bourbon on the palate. It has some heat on the finish and the mid-palate is soft, but overall a nice drinking white or pair with creamy dishes, smoked cheeses or chicken.
