Buttery, plush, fresh.
A reflection of Sonoma with a good dose of Russian River opulence, the Rodney Strong doles out buttery caramels, honey and hazelnut praline, vanilla, yellow apples and orange panacotta. It is sweet, plush and nutty with vanilla cream, spice and golden fruit flavours lingering across a fresh and lengthy finish. Partial barrel ferment and partial malolactic fermentation, followed by a short barrel maturation.
Pair with roast chicken or creamy corn chowder.
